Brilliant holiday home.  Perfect location for the harbour.  Lots of space at the house, really clean with towels etc provided. Perfect view over the harbour from the decking.  Brilliant communication from Tracy who answered all of our questions.  Parking space is a bonus too 😊

Bay Dream Believer is a truly lovely holiday home. We had a brilliant holiday there. The views from each floor are fab. The terrace is a lovely place from which to watch the town and the harbour. It was very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. The space is used in a clever way and you have all you need. Whenever we had any questions, they were answered very quickly. It’s simply a lovely, lovely place to spend your holiday (and a parking space is a gem of a rarity in Brixham). I really hope we can return soon. Here are the views from the different floors - who needs television when you have views like this! And the house is very close to everything in Brixham. I couldn’t fault it in any way!

Had a great weekend here with my children and grandchildren. The views from the cottage are stunning. There is everything you need in the cottage, the beds are really comfortable and we all loved the 4 floors. Would definitely recommend, and we will be back

The house is in a fantastic location over looking the harbour with no more than a 5 minute walk to the centre. The house was lovely and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly and the owner Tracy has been brilliant and sorted any small issues that we had quickly. Wonderful accommodation with great views!! Quick walk down to the town. Lots of space for us and wonderful views from the back of the house.   We weren’t lucky enough to get  into the property early so enjoyed food and drink at the Old Market House. Also had a great evening meal at Olive and breakfasts at the Breakwater Bistro and the Guardhouse. Would be beneficial if there was soap in each of the bathrooms.

Perfect for our family with growing teens, plenty of space so we felt we weren’t on top of each other. Kids loved the dining room as there own chill out zone, as it also had a sofa and tv, they used it as a games room. My personal favourite are the bifold doors onto the balcony, loved sitting out her watching the sunrise with a cuppa in the morning 💙 Ideally situated with the harbour a stones throw away, and benefit of a parking space. can’t wait to return.💙
