November, 2023This house has amazing views over the harbour, it is located just a 5 minute walk down to the harbour where there are numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and chip shops, great walks. Tracey provides loads of info such as great directions, reviews of places to eat or visit, property had welcome pack and all the facilities for our break, will definitely returrn.

Ella Wilks18. October, 2022We loved our long weekend at bay dream believer, fantastic place for extended family to get together and enjoy time together. It has everything you would need in the house to make it feel like home. Easy walk into town, we swam every day a beaches and coves close by.
Rob Crawford4. October, 2022Was thinking of keeping this one secret! Stunning views from the terrace even when it rained. Only a short walk into town but for those that don't fancy it, taxis are happy to take the trip. Even thou it's dog friendly there was no evidence of this, the house is spotless and well equipped. We love Brixham and you can still find friendly pubs that are not full of us tourists. Keep up the good work Tracy.

Very comfortable and cosy cottage, well equipped with everything you might need and wonderful views - the photos don't do it justice. The owner could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Steve20. April, 2022We stayed at the house in April 2022 and had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need to feel like you're home from home. The facilities were really good and having 2 kitchens and lots of bathrooms helped as we had my dad and sister staying with our family of 5 and dogs. The views from the terrace were unbelievable and we spent a lot of time sitting there in the morning and evening watching the boats come in and staring out at the sea. The house was really clean, the showers were great and the beds were really comfy. The views from the dining room and 2 of the bedrooms were the same as the terrace which was great. The other 2 bedrooms had views of the quiet street below and all the different houses and gardens. The location was fantastic - 5 minutes walk from the harbour and all of the action. 2 minutes walk from a lovely little pub - The Manor. We would definitely stay again.

"A fantastic equipped house in a fabulous location with amazing views overlooking Brixham harbour and within easy walking distance of great pubs and restaurants. It was ideally situated for coastal walks, beaches and ferry rides to Torbay. We had a great holiday, lots to do and see, and then relaxed in this beautiful house with a glass of wine overlooking the harbour."

"Great facilities all round. The house is on a quiet street a short walk to town. Very old and windy roads so not a lot of parking right out front but spaces dotted all around nearby. Check in/out is smooth and communication with the owners spot on. If your heading to the Brixham area you won’t find a better place to stay!"
